Barcelona in the fight for survival in Europe

Spanish club Barcelona exited the group stage of the UEFA Champions League with three defeats and one draw in six matches. After being knocked out of the Champions League, they were relegated to the UEFA Europa League. This time the Catalans are also worried about this tournament.

Bar হারিয়েa are in the last 16 after losing to Napoli in the Round of 32 of the Europa League. But in the first leg match of the last 16 at home, Galatasaray made a goalless draw. As a result, they have no choice but to win the second leg to survive in the European competition.

Bar বৃহস্পতিবারa will play against Turkish club Galatasaray at 11:45 pm Bangladesh time on Thursday. The match will be seen live on the screen of Ten-2. Xavi Hernandez’s disciples will have to embark on a difficult mission to return from the opponent’s field with a victory.

In this case, of course, the Catalans are getting past statistics on their side. Bar গa have lost just one of their last nine matches against Galatasaray. That too in 1994. In other words, Galatasaray has not won against Barারa in the last 28 years.

In addition, Barাa have secured quarter-final tickets seven times out of the last sixteen in the Europa League. Only in the 2003-2004 season did they have to say goodbye to Celtic in a two-legged 0-1 draw.

Barcelona’s potential starting XI: Mark Ter Stegan, Sergio Dest, Ronald Araujo, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Pedri, Sergio Busquets, Frankie de Young, Adama Traore, Pierre Emerick Aubemeyang and Ferran Torres.

Possible starting XI for Galatasaray: Inaki Pena, Omar Elabdellaui, Marcao, Victor Nelson, Patrick von Anhalt, Eric Pulgar, Berkan Kutlu, Olympiu Marutan, Ryan Babel, Kerem Akturkaglu and Mostafa.
